I grew up in Oakland, where what you wore said who you were. My mom used to tell me, “The shoes on your feet tell the world who you are.” That stuck with me. Fashion wasn’t just style—it was identity, culture, and power.
I started as a reseller, hustling kicks before sneaker culture was mainstream. I once sold my “Flu Games” just to pay rent. That grind shaped me. In 2020, I collaborated with Stable Goods and I opened my first resell store, not just to sell, but to build community.
Design was always the goal. A few years ago, I sketched my first shoe—the Pomegranate V1. It’s inspired by the ancient symbol of abundance, power, and legacy. Every detail has meaning.
The name Capernaum came from a Sunday sermon. It’s the place where Jesus began his work—a place of miracles and comfort. That’s what I want this brand to be: a space where value is found and greatness is planted.
